CAPSTONE

• Juniors will start writing their capstone proposals in Crew with their Crew teachers starting in December. Final proposals from juniors are due March 23, 2018.
• The capstone proposal is a four-paragraph letter of intent outlining the student’s proposed project topic and final product.
• All the lessons and materials for writing capstone proposals will be in the student’s Schoology Crew course and Crew teachers will guide students through these lessons which clearly outline the major components of capstone projects and how to write each paragraph of the proposal.
• Nannette will visit junior Crew classes in early winter to outline the Capstones process and all students are welcome to sign-up to work with Nannette  during any free period on their schedule or before and after school.

Parents will be notified of their student’s Capstones progress on the quarterly progress reports.
